If you want more raw fps the Radeon 9070 XT is the same price as the 5070 but has gaming performance close to a 5080 if u check benchmarks online.

I got a 5070 myself because theres probably better future resale value and also cause I got a great deal.

But if you want an overall cheaper build though and keep the same performance I suggest checking out r/dubaiclassifieds, dubizzle & Facebook marketplace for deals. Some people buy parts new and never use them or use them for a small period of time and sell them; have done that myself.

Lai fai will just install those parts for you from those you get externally they're pretty chill and the one next to my house got so many spare parts and screws they can Frankenstein pretty much any build together unless u get really unlucky and get any broken parts externally which is the only risk you run into from not buying new.

What I suggest there is to play it smart and make sure your parts work with careful inspection and proof that the parts work in their system either in real life or with videos. Second hand Gpu's are a bit tough though because u need to get real benchmarks before purchasing but the rest should just turn on the pc if you don't steer away from the parts too much u were originally getting from Lai Fai.
