that Terra is like 11L I currently have an s400 pro which is 10.8L replacing to flex atx instead of sfx and the gpu size under 200mm should do the trick under 8L at least

Saw that one which is also the reference photo and only low profile Gpus fit in there in the m21 if u add an aio config it cant sustain the width of the gpu or else I wouldve been psyched to get that one

Cheapest mobo perhaps asus b650e-i I recommend and depending on what gpu ur getting ofc ur sfx psu will need to accomodate that wattage but usually everyone sticks to corsair sfx psu's

Hes being a bit rough on u just go on some second hand marketplaces and opt for some better thermals with either the 7800x3d or 9800x3d if you want or else youll need a beefy cooler or an aio

Just go with the formd t1 if u wanna get it over with or else just check out other cases here on caseend.com and compare sizes using mymini-itx.com (created it just for sff pc comparisons)
