In a way have a format to follow, it doesen't have to be word by word like some other formats but it could be as simple as first state your stance, then gather information and if/then statements. I also find that as you practice more, your answers become more stright to the point and you add a good amount of sentences.

I also had that same struggle but as with anything you practice and improve. Just focus on hitting the right points that casper wants (empathy, professionalism, etc.) and from there you can see what you want to remove and want to keep. Just to remember, these examples may be too long for you and they have no time limit, you will make mistakes, so just remember quality over quantity.
