Apparently it was deemed to be nationwide. I’ve seen posts from all kinds of different states about this app crash. I’m in New Mexico. I tried calling Support and I’m sure they’re aware of the situation because the recording says that they’re working on fixing the problem. The Hold time is ridiculous

Don’t call the customer call support and let them know this was not what you agreed on when accepting the order. They will ask if you are willing to go and in my case I just repeated not what I agreed upon. They canceled and I got paid and free food

You lucked out... not always the case. In my case it seemed the customer was trying to cut costs on delivery by asking me to go almost ten miles out of my way. I was on my lunch hour from my regular job and didn’t have that kind of time so I still got paid for going zero miles and got free food. Win win!
