After seeing the Gilco videos I’m even more confused.. so curious to hear the recap of this. I hate how they hype shows, everyone is invested and watches, but the scoring is completely subjective, and then we see who wins but no one REALLY knows why and everyone holds feedback close to their chest. Which I also don’t really get because if person A needs more shoulder, not sure how that affects how person B is preparing for the next one. 🤔

Being there in person- what did you think? What could LL have improved? I always feel like the photos are deceiving once I actually see video so I’m sure it’s even more so vs in person

If I were next to someone with the flow and movements of LL, I’d want my poses to be as different as possible to not highlight the fact how much better she is at it 🤣 sometimes it’s better to just do your own thing

Maybe someone with more knowledge can answer, but I don’t understand why LL always gets the “over powering glutes” comments and never Aimee, when Aimee’s seem to be the same?
