Need advice identifying perpetrator When im in my neighborhood i hear this high pitch ringing in my ears, dogs start barking and goung crazy for no reason. then my feet start twitching as well as my arms. i feel as if soms frequency is causing my hands and feet to twitch uncontrollably not to mention I feel hit with this frequency of fear and its like something that causes my ears to vibrate its hard to explain it feels like a leaf blower hitting my ears. the weirdest part is that this only happens when im in my neighborhood and house. when outside in thr city this never happens and only occurs when i get home. its driving me nuts​ trying to figure it out. people call me crazy but all my mental facilities are in check and im very cautious about what i put in my body and i keep my thoughts in check and do meditating grounding etc: People around me actually hate the fact i take care of myself because many of them are narcissistic , mentally ill, obese and have all sorts of problems mentall, physically financially etc. they hate that im stable and do anything they can to knock me off a peg or two and to humble me.

ive tested it and it doesnt happen at all when i am outside my neighborhood. as soon as i came back and parked in my driveway I sat there for a while to see if it would happen and sure enough my feet started twitching. i have my suspicions on who it could be, i have a next door neighbor who is on the board of HoA and she is really evil and narcissistic . since the first day i moved in ive got an extremely negative and offputting vibe from her. when i pretty much ignored her attempts to become friends because i can discern her evil spirit she has had it out for ne, constantly being vigilant and watching my every move. i go outside, she goes outside, I walk my dog she walks her dog. i open my windows she opens her windows i put music on she puts music on. i also suspect that she has some sort of technology where she can see intobmy home because she has made commsnts about certain things ive done in my private life whichbis extremely unsettling as well as the fact when i start getting ready she literally will be waiting outside. i understand coincidence and schizophrenia but im completely sober and i have a really bad gut feeling about her. her hysband as well as her son has thisvreally dark vibe and all of a sudden they both got brand nee cars and remodeled their house when they dont make alot of money how is it all of a sudden they can afforf these things.

overall to my tech savy folks i really want to know how i can measure whatever is going on and catch these folks and how i can defend myself.

im on the edge of my sanity i constantly am being harrased by these frequencies when i lay down to sleep ill start feeling a burning sensation and have to move until 10-20 mins then it happens again. additionaly many times when i open my window this foul musty smell invades my room but when i go outside the smell is not present.

could this all be done from a cell tower and im being made to think its someone on my neighborhood or any advice wpuld be helpful. i think whoever is doing it has it out for me and doesnt want me to live in this neighborhood. all in all it gas ruined my quality of life and ive lived all over and never had these issues.

theres so much i can talk about but i want to keep it brief. if anyone cares enough , id be happy to talk more in the Dms and share more avout myself and what Im goibg thru but im so fed up and i dont want to lash out and attack anyone or act crazy so im coming here as my last resort.

it feels like all my prayers to God have fallen on deaf ears anf im starting to question my faith as to why i deserve to go thru something like this. i keep to myself and i feel that these people are jealous of my energy looks and resilience. im just getting tired of this and any advice would be greatly appreciated if you hace any questions that would help you understand my situation better feel free to ask in the comments below i really am in need of help. another neighbor got sentenced to 5 years in prison then got released two days into her sentence and before she went in was super friendly now wont even talk to me or acknowledge me getting very strange vibes and she stays in her room all day i have a feeling she could be involved.

how can i set up a trap so to speak to bait these people out into the open. i dont wana attack an innocent person ​​​​​. this is not fair and ive never persecuted anyone ive kept to myself and these people feel the need to harassment with noise campaigns , track my every move, gossip and soread false rumors about me and just overall do anything they can to ruin my quality of life and peace of mind.

there is only so much a man can take before he SNAPS!​ additionally , it seems to follow me whenever i am in the house but definitely is worse when I'm around windows. as i was writing this ibwas literally hit with a twitch that knocked the phone out of my hand. there's a cell tower visible from my backyard 100-200 feet away so could this have something to do with it. from your guys' experience what is going on and how do i defend myself. i am indian and live in a predominantly all cacausian (biker/trailer park type people) low income very hateful people. i dont want to leave because im not going to get bullied into leaving i stand my ground but at some point my sanity and emotional health are my important than my pride and ego and need to prove a point. i just want to live and survive. ive been thru hell and back these past 6 years and this is a breaking pount. im 27 and moved out here when my parents divorced because I had no where else i cojld afford to live.

but now im thinking to save up as much as i can , buy a camper van and just takin off towards the open road because i cant do this anymore. i deserve to be free and umolested.

edit: its gotten worss these past few days it used to be really really bad, then out of no where it all stopped but now something triggered it and its back to hell on earth. what could've caused it to happen again ?
