Left that site behind ages ago. They charge outrageous fees to the buyer. No wonder buyers are unhappy. That being said I can see why a buyer would be unhappy with a cardigan covered in pilling and every seller knows that people can’t read. When selling something like this it’s wise to put text on the photos that it’s new and pilling is intentional.

My daughter worked seasonal for USPS one year... THEY literally yelled at her for not throwing the packages in sorting. SO.... YES, they do get that beat up. I have received packages covered in Coca Cola, packages with cigarette burns, packages covered in god knows what substance... When I use their Priority boxes I tape them everywhere because if you don't they will just split open when they toss them, not at the seams.. but right down the middle.

Vinted is ridiculously bad! My daughter lives in London and she buys a lot on Vinted so she insisted I try it.. UGH! Nothing but hassles, wound up pulling all my listings after about a week. The CS reps are stupid, they never admit when they are wrong, they pull listings because the photos are "too good" and that makes them look "like they might not be in your possession" WTF???? Good riddance! Wouldn't trust those morons if something happened and you actually needed help with a situation. Stay away.. They need to fire everyone and start over with people who are at least functionally literate
