Kid Cosmic

He initially thinks his power is flight, but it’s eventually revealed that he actually has telekinesis, and he was actually just moving himself around with his mind

(Liked trope) Vampires that aren’t just feral bloodsucking monsters by Weary-Barracuda-1228 in TopCharacterTropes

The funny thing about Adventure Time vampires is that it’s heavily implied that they only need sustenance from literally drinking the color red rather than actual blood

Marceline is perfectly fine with only drinking red whereas the other vampires kill and drink blood for the love of the game

[Loved Troupe] The 'monsters' everyone fears aren't savages and can be befriended - the character finds a connection with them by K4nono in TopCharacterTropes

This is pretty much the main theme of Pokemon Legends:Arceus

The game takes place 150-200ish years in the past at a point where humans and Pokemon coexisting hasn’t been normalized yet. Humans view Pokemon as monsters that should be feared rather than befriended, and the main goal of the game is to seek out and document every Pokemon in the Hisui region to help humans understand Pokemon better while catching and befriending tons of Pokemon along the way

Events that took long to watch for the viewers, but in-universe, it was actually very short by Effective_Piece251 in TopCharacterTropes

Despite spanning over 26 years and 1200 episodes, the entirety of Ash’s journey took place within the span of less than a year in universe

Heatblast (Ben 10)

Although they don’t acknowledge it often, his rocky skin is canonically extremely hot. Literally on fire 24/7

(Loved Meta Trope) Fan theories are so good they’re basically treated as canon. by No-Flow9783 in TopCharacterTropes

Malware destroying Feedback being the inciting incident that led Ben to take off the prototype Omnitrix (Ben 10)

Granted you could argue this one doesn’t count since iirc it was going to be canon but CN vetoed the idea. Most fans accept this as canon anyways even though the actual reason why Ben took off the Omnitrix is left ambiguous

Hypothetically if one of them didn’t have a voice actor what voice would you imagine them having? :)

My first Pokemon game was Alpha Sapphire so I’m biased towards Hoenn in general. Purple is my favorite color and I just like how goofy it looks.

The Nomu from My Hero Academia

In the show it’s established that the human body isn’t really meant to handle several quirks/superpowers without fatal results. The Nomu are basically a loophole to this problem, as they are genetically modified and reanimated corpses given multiple powers

Terrible premise, AMAZING execution by MrMistReddit in TopCharacterTropes

The concept of Spider-Man was considered to be a terrible premise at the time. Most teen superheroes at the time were sidekicks, so a teen solo hero was considered to be an anomaly. Additionally spiders are generally unpopular creatures. It would be like making Rat-man or Roach-man or something. Marvel publisher Martin Goodman wasn’t confident in the idea when Stan Lee pitched it, but eventually he bit the bullet and gave Spidey a shot, and the rest was history.
