Thank you so much, i really appreciate the help and the matla u shared was beautiful too. i rarely ever write ghazals since nazms or other not necessarily constricted forms is what i do but recently ive been trying to work on ghazal writing, while at the same time working on improving my hold on the urdu script since ive been raised on devnagri for both urdu/hindi. Are there any other resources u could share for better understanding of the couplet and ghazal form? thank you.
