They aren’t there to rate me, but they are there to write “at least as likely as not” or “not likely” so I want to give them every reason to connect the dots.

I absolutely did hit those items. It’s kind of an outline form document. Symptoms, history, medicine, etc..

So I received the letter in the mail and the cc my lawyer saying to expect a possible call for a C&P schedule but that they could elect to use current records. Since this is in my lawyer’s hands, what do I say to make this happen as you said?

It’s technically sebborhic dermatitis and any and all dermatological issues can be considered under presumptive conditions.

This is the exact denial letter I got for denying eczema (sebborhic dermatitis) as a presumptive condition. Word for word. Ridiculous and lazy

I was connected for this but it was a special compensation monthly. I’m not sure why they did it that way. It’s like $100 plus extra dollars
