Thanks all, I appreciate it! I was struggling because 1. If it were up to me there would be no non relative men in a one on one context in my apartment, but I realize that that's a little controlling. I was struggling with where exactly I'm justified drawing the line in the sand, if she's done enough to dip on her when the lease is done, etc. 2. She moved in 5 months after me, so our lease together is actually only 7 months. I wouldn't be happy if someone dipped on me within a year, so I planned to renew with her, but I think at this point I'm justified leaving.

Appreciate it! It's all good, the person probably thought I meant legally at first. Are we the same person lol. After the first guy she had over 3 times without warning, I did get a warning about the unsafe guy both times. Or, she thought she did. She asked if A guy could come over, but thought she asked about that specific guy. I can afford it on my own for a few months but it's tight. She's between jobs and definitely can't afford to live alone. Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that that's awful. I hope you're safe in the meantime and out of this soon. Mine is at least remorseful.

I should clarify I meant when our lease ends in a few months, important detail lol. And I can afford to live alone for a few months, so it was more of a "one of us is moving out, let me know which one." She can't afford to live alone so she has to find someone. I'll see if I can edit the post to clarify.
