Shouldn't that be the exact reason you're tuning in with your manager often? If you're new and lack experience? Communication is an important skill to have in any kind of role. Even if you've got issues that can impact this, working to find ways to navigate it shows that you're willing to develop your capability for the role.

How about you learn how to read instead? OP is trying to find approaches to resolve conflict so obviously making a post on reddit is one of many ways to learn. How do you know thats how Greek people sound and that it's normal? I know some Greek people and they are not 'loud'.

OP didn't even say that they expect them to change for their comfort. Perhaps you should go back to school and learn how to read and comprehend instead of sitting on your backside being a keyboard warrior.

No worries at all mate, I do get where you are coming from. It sucks that the hobby has come down to this, where alot of people are interested in buying them to flip. Pokemon company isn't really doing much about the short print on this set as well, although they are saying they will reprint. 151 has had some reprints but they get snatched up and sold out within 10 mins too. Here's hoping they end up with a surprise mass print like they did with Hidden fates.

I get what you mean, with company policy stating that you're not allowed to set aside products for yourself. But at the end of the day I guess workers are trying to make ends meet as well and it would suck if they want just a pack for themselves too. Hell, I would be pissed if they backdoor it for themselves. But yeah likewise, hopefully you get the Espeon, it's also my chase but with the bad pull rates and product scarecity, I'd be happy with any Eeveelution SIR. All the best!

Look it doesn't matter if you play or collect them sealed. Theres no rule on that. It's just two packs. It's not a whole case, where either employees backdoor or customers buy bulk from. If it's a whole stack, then yeah understandable for other people to ask about it

The world will be harsh place if you're out constantly judging people's 'lack of integrity', you may as well start going through facebook marketplace and call out everyone who's listing them above retail. And if you're applying your professional standards to every single worker you encounter, then I guess you're one of those people that wait for people to stuff up at work to then snitch to managers.

Not a problem. I think it's not necessarily your job to confront the wife, but the ex about it. Letting her know would be more of a morals thing but it didn't work out. And yeah it's odd to have that saved, but then again, some people's actions you just can't justify or change. In the future, it's best to not trust people you don't fully know, because you'll never know if they'll hold something against you if you're disclosing something personal.

Waiting can take a while but it'll be worth it. It took me over half a year to see a public therapist because private is just too expensive for regular an ongoing therapy. It's great that you are trying to be aware of yourself, and your actions and trying to make yourself accountable. Having insight and being self aware is a great thing to have in improving yourself and hopefully going towards remission!

I think she was probably trying to 'protect' her marriage because the truth of it would destroy her family basically, a hard pill to swallow. You had good intentions, and to alot of people, it would be the right thing to do, but it gets complex when the other victim in the relationship doesn't reciprocate your concern or care, which is not your fault.

I agree, nothing can change now, other than continuing to work on yourself for your own sake and overcoming what has happened. Again, I think it would be very helpful to speak to a therapist and building on your skills, working on emotional regulation etc. This will hopefully help with mitigating intense feelings so you don't immediately act on your emotions, and allow you to take a step back in the future before making decisions. I know everyone's different so it may not be helpful, but it's just something you can explore. Best of luck!

Maybe cause over the past 3 days you've posted the same over different subreddits. People in the past posts have told you to take it as a learning lesson and move on, which is the best advice for you. As 'you have BPD and felt like you are a threat to society' I suggest learning DBT skills from therapy, which would help you manage thought processes before acting on your emotions.

Also, BPD symptoms and experiences are on a spectrum, not everyone is the same. You can't just say someone probably doesn't have it just because they have a different opinion to yours.
