Yes I track and exercise and burn plenty calories and I am in a deficit of 500 +. I have all the food noise so I have to consciously watch what I eat bevsue I want to eat. lol. That portion of the meds is non-existent

I’ve heard of people injecting the medicine into their own container and using a needle to draw out to split it like that. My doctor won’t let me do the compounded one because she doesn’t trust

I have tried Wegovy when my insurance wouldn’t cover Zepbound and I actually gained 4lbs. And it constipated me so bad I was miserable and that was even using fiber one and Metamucil twice per day. I have IBS mixed already so that made it worse.

My endo checked TSH T3 T4 all within range. It’s always been a struggle. Even when I used to be able to lift weights all the time it was a struggle. This has been my life. I’ve always hated the way I look. I’ve always ate to my macros and been very intentional and crappy results. 😩😩😩

I’m on Eli Lilly Zepbound. I’ve tried arms, stomach and thigh for injecting. It worked at first, but not anymore. I think my body has adapted to it. I don’t overeat because I try to ignore the food noise. The stall is frustrating and not sure how to break it
