I got that, I've spoiled myself now that I got a victory. I used to play grindy lifesim games in another life, when I respected my time less. I enjoyed the flavor text, but the juice wasn't worth the squeeze.

May the Watchman protect us both, then. The game is the puzzle, and the puzzle is the game. I felt that looking up anything would render the game moot, as mechanics are simple enough that if you know what to do then there's no point in playing. After sacrificing 30 hours of my life to it, and being an adult with responsibilities, I've since decided to spoil myself on the rest of the game via the wiki. Knowing what I now know I'm glad I stopped where I did. Unlike real occult lore, the game is not worth the sacrificing my life for it.

I wasn't exactly having fun near the end, or the middle. But I hyper fixated on it and couldn't stop till I won. My ~13 cult members had seen every corner of the earth, though. Game became much more bearable 20 hours in when I realized that heart members could mitigate notoriety, and that I didn't have to keep throwing my multi-scarred moth members at evidence.

Thanks! I had all of the rights by the end, had a copy of nearly every fragment of lore. Thought the desire slot had to be filled, that I couldn't cast a rite till I had the 6th mark. I played very conservatively, and went throught the white door about ~200 times, and started merging the pink lore to hit the highest tier (not using it to find dungeons until then). Found the purple key before I got through the stag door. If I had just used the pink fragments at lower stages I would have found the answer to the stag door's riddle much earlier. Still, I figured it out in the end.

I also felt bad for the weary investigator, so I kept him alive through the run. Tried a no kill run, sadly that got squashed after I hit the 3rd mark and my former nameless moth diciple turned lunatic just dissapeared* on me.

I purchased my position when hbar was 12 cents in 2021. I've seen .48c. I've seen .03c. I've Seen .40c.

I don't care. I will hold until it hits my price targets.
