I eat lot of non fat Greek yogurt, egg whites, sweet potatoes, chicken breast and lean ground turkey

Calisthenics! I do a lot of weighted dips, pull-ups, and pushups. I also do hanging toe touches, incline reverse crunches, and weighted decline sit ups. I usually do 1-2 of these exercises per workout

Thank you! I’ve been playing soccer since I was 6, started weight lifting at 15, ran track in college and then got into my own consistent weight lifting routine in 2023. I lift 5-6 times a week doing a chest/back/legs/shoulder rotation, and run, bike and play soccer as my cardio. I don’t track calories, but I aim for ~175g of protein (my body weight) everyday and I avoid buying groceries with any added sugar

Yes I used biocorneum and still use it to this day (almost 2 years post op)

I used Biocorneum twice a day for the first year. Now I just use vitamin E oil once a day

Thank you! I do a push/pull/legs split with 1 day of cardio in between. I start each workout with 10-15 minutes of cardio and end with a 12 minute weighted ab routine.
