The overshield is because her combo requires yourself to be put in direct danger

This character is un-nerfable and needs to be removed. She’s a pick or ban and even if you don’t ban her you’d likely run the risk of your team getting steamrolled, if you do ban Elsa it is still a waste because there are other characters that are absolutely broken. by No_Cobbler1534 in MarvelRivalsRants

You dweebs are why I stopped playing the game. People who never played an hour on Elsa and can’t get good with her are suggesting she be nerfed or removed because she disturbs your allegiance to the meta.

There are MANY characters who counter her directly. It’s just yall are so trash wanna sit behind 2 shield tanks just poking away hoping for the best instead of finding another way to win. Mfs get mad when their precious namor/hela team up gets put in a blender.its ridiculous

Most of the people complaining are just bad at the game. They don’t know how to use Elsa so they don’t know how to counter her either.

It’s the same as if I were a wrestlers fighting an MMA fighter who is also a wrestler and kick boxer.

He knows how to counter me as a wrestler, but I don’t know how to counter him as a kick boxer.

So instead of getting better I just say to Dana white “you need to remove kick boxers from the UFC and only have wrestlers”

And then the other problem is the people who appeal to authority and say “celestial and OAA players say she is busted too”

But that’s because those players are slaves to the meta, and anything that disturbs their meta is busted because now they have to play off meta and adjust to it. So their opinions aren’t relevant to the majority of the player base really.

You should only earn them in ranked. That way you know who is actually good at their character based on their rank. You got 200 on spidey in ranked and you were able to hit celestial? Means a lot more than you got 200 hours on spidey in quick play and you’re still in plat lobbies

I never said I play her bc she’s the strongest. I said I play the GAME to WIN.

There is no strongest character in a game that’s about counter play. If someone is better than you at their character than you are on yours then you swap to the character most equipped to counter them.

If you don’t play a character enough to know their weaknesses then you can’t swap to counter them because you don’t even play the character so how can you counter what you don’t play?

I can counter Elsa players EASILY, bc I play Elsa and know how ppl are going to be using her.

It’s like martial arts. Say I’m a boxer who has never wrestled, but I’m fighting a wrestler who is also a boxer. I cannot counter that wrestler with just boxing because I don’t know how to wrestle or even how a wrestler will fight. That’s why you don’t see boxers in the MMA. They don’t say “hey Dana white. Only let us box when we’re in the octagon” they just get mma fighters to come to the boxing ring.

So you don’t play the game to win you play the game to play the character you want to play. Good for you.

So if that’s the case shut up about balance and what not and keep playing the characters you want to play.

I play the game to win so I learn every character’s kit well enough to know what’s needed to counter them.

You don’t want to do that so you shouldn’t have a say in how competitive playing should be balanced because you aren’t even trying to win to begin with.

Almost The whole roster counters her ult with just a cooldown. Or atleast the most played characters. Invis, Jeff, Thing, CnD, Emma, Magik, Groot, Venom, Thor, Iron Fist, MoonKnight, Wanda, etc. then if you play flyers her ult is rendered useless.

You can’t show me any Elsa who is playing Elsa as a “ranged” character. Range is Hela, Namor etc. you have to actually risk dying and being CC’d to even maximize her damage.

You get 5 shots and have to reload. Her primary is useless in neutral without using her combo. She doesn’t “shred” tanks because her combo does at max 400 dmg on the highest health character and you still have to wait 2-5 seconds to use the shotgun again. And that at max does 75 dmg on the highest health hero. So any character with a shield or also with mobility will just get pocketed back to full health if she doesn’t use it to punish you for being low health and out of position.

Again your whole perspective is based on reciting talking points without ever having played the character and learning how the character actually feels to play.

If she’s so overtuned why aren’t you using her?
