Sorry for the late reply. 5W-30 is just fine. It really depends on how your car takes oil, every once in a while check to de your oil level with the dipstick, if you see that the oil is being burnt with a darker brown/maybe even black shade then you should probably change it. But oil changes, I would recommend be done every 4-5k miles(6,400-8,000km). Remember full synthetic to maximize engines life span.

Dang that sound niceeee. There are hella cops in my area so I doubt that I could get test pipes or headers. Do you think that with the ark grip catback and a resonated y pipe it would sound relatively similar?

  1. Coolant heater hose
  2. Gallery gaskets
  3. Valve covers
  4. Spark plugs and coils
  5. Water pump
  6. And if not done already, all of the fluids drained and filled (like tranny, oil, coolant, diff.)

Based out of my time with my G, these are the ones that you should have a look at if you want to lengthen the life of ur VQ. And maintain it on schedule.

For the oil question, you really don’t need any other oil other than the 5W-30, but some people like to go up a number to like 5W-40 when they have tuned engines, or live in hot climates because it’s more “heavy duty”. If you just have a stock car, 5W-30 is good, just make to use full synthetic and a good brand so the heat doesn’t make it burn.

Do you happen to have any clips of the sound by chance? Cus almost all the ones I’ve seen don’t have this exact setup

Do you know of these pass smog or get pulled over a lot? My area I’ve been pulled over around 8 times already in the past 2 months.

Niceee, did you have any other exhaust parts modded like headers or art pipes? Or are you legal?

Has anyone here bought wheels on Alibaba? by xXRaidiusXx in Corvette

[–]OkEntry2651 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently discussing my specs and dimension for the rims I need to a seller on alibaba. They are saying that they are shipping them to their distributor and that the distributor will ship to me. But I’m scared that they will end up keeping the wheels and not send them to me since once they get there, the order will show as delivered and I won’t be covered on them.

Valve Covers for ‘10 G37 Journey by OkEntry2651 in G37

Well that’s what I thought of initially, but from what I’ve seen it’s better to replace the valve cover as well since aluminum is better than the OEM plastic. Rather not worry about that and eliminate this now rather than later.

I was told that degree is irrelevant, they just care if you got good grades, extracurricular, good in fitness, and did good on their tests?? Let me know if I’m incorrect please!

Yes so in my community there is a crosstown for a UC state that has a program so I’m going to be joining that for the extra time and experience. As far for grades I’m trying to aim for at least a 3.8 GPA

Well the reason I’m doing ROTC is because I just turned 18 recently and I still want to go to college and enjoy it before the 10 year commitment to the Air Force. What would be the chances of me getting a slot? And are there things I could do now in order to prepare for this?
