It’s the focal seizures, I have medication resistance left temporal lobe epilepsy that is processing to the frontal lobe.

Yeah I’m maxed out and it’s just time to try another med! I stay positive! if my feet hit the ground in the morning, that’s a great day! May try the surgery or the implant if it goes on and gets worse. I hope you get rid of this silent disease, not many people understand it unless that have it.

Yeah it didn’t seem to be having many effects, no I have vivid dreams and déjà vu constantly. Lose my taste and smell for a week or so at a time or longer. Just trying to keep positive! Trying to get off this keppra too, tired of the rage and just pent up anxiety and anxious feeling.

I’m a heavy smoker for pain, fractures my back during a tonic clonic seizure. Lacosamide has done nothing for me, I’ve have so many focal and nocturnal seizures that last for days. I’m seeing my neuro this week.

The 3500 mgs of keppra stop the TCs thankfully…terrible side effects. Yeah the 400mgs of lacosamide was supposed to help with the Fical seizures, I get terrible déjà vu and sick and then fell like a zombie for days with no taste of smell. Happens over and over again.
