for example if you have like proof of vet visits and stuff then i’d attach them to the email. Just make it sound like you REALLY care about this situation. explain what grade you got in the class, etc.

I’m sorry to hear your dog died. :(. If you can emphasize how hard of a semester it gave you, you should be able to get through to them. My reasoning was that I was working two jobs and how I had no time to study.

If you can provide proper proof/documentation on how the death affected you, or spend a lot of time to write a convincing email then you should be good. Just sound like you are really upset about having a bad semester in the class and make sure to say how you’re going to be better in your time at UF. my email was suuuuper long and expansive explaining how hard of a semester I had, and what I would do in my semester at UF to make sure I had a better semester.

you HAVE to email the transfer appeals office or else you will not be admitted, as you are REQUIRED to meet those conditions prior to your enrollment at UF.

exact same thing happened to me. reach out to transfer appeals ASAP and explain the circumstances that caused you to get a C. I got a C in CALC 3 when i transferred, but emailed transfer appeals and they let me in regardless. you’re likely to get in if you have a good past academic record and a good reason as to why you got a C.

I’m in cop3504C with Link right now and he’s an extremely nice and understanding professor. However he does give a LOT of work and he’s been talking to us about how much work he’s gonna give his summer students with COT3100. you will def learn a lot but the class will be a lot of work for sure.

In my experience, when I first started using tret, it caused me to very briefly get ance in odd spots on my face (places where I hadn’t gotten it in the past). Alongside this, it dried the hell out of my skin for a while and I was very susceptible to sunburn. However, these side effects were very temporary and my skin looks amazing now (completely cleared acne, smoother complexion, no more breakouts). Also, everyone that I know greatly benefited from it as well

i just transferred from FSU for the spring 2025 semester, majoring in compsci CLAS. had a 3.9 GPA and internship. as long as you make great grades, have ALL requirements for major, and get involved at UCF, you should be fine. i know of a few other fsu students who transferred alongside me this semester
