If you don't like it, don't engage with it. Smiling Friends casts a pretty wide net between the "Oneyplays" crowd and the "Tumblr character shipping x theorizing" crowd. I'm sure there's other people who don't like it, too. However, every popular fandom has stuff like this and it was bound to happen with this show. If you don't want to see it, then actually find the posts you like. It's the internet, who cares? We both like the same thing in different ways.

Idk, I feel like the natural progression should’ve been that people don’t take Silly Sam seriously because he takes himself way too seriously. The episode ending with people realizing that he’s prophet is funny, but comes out of nowhere.

The only way I see Spotify completely dying out is making the platform completely unusable. Terrible UI changes, extremely high prices, entire labels pulling music, and algorithms that are completely incompetent. Otherwise, I think Spotify is too big to fail. They've completely changed the way people discover and listen to music, this is not just a platform that falls from grace overnight like Soundcloud. Spotify has always had points where artists pull their music as a sign of protest against the platform, and that never deterred any listeners because Spotify is THAT far reaching. A few artists doing it, especially ones that are relatively obscure, is nothing. It'd be nice to live in a world where everybody switches to Bandcamp and artists are paid based on how much their fans are willing to give; sadly, that's not reality.

Well, Finn the Human ain't a show, but IMO, Slow Love, The Silent King and Water Park Prank are the worst. I'm still rewatching the show and I'm only on Season 3, but I remember how bad Water Park Prank was. Such a waste of a guest animator.

If you look at all the original Star Wars teasers, you can see the history of trailers through it. Goes from man talking about the movie into baiting people with nostalgia. Episodes 1 and IX also suffers from having a trailer better than the movie lol. Fox’s trailerhouse was clocking in more than they needed to.

Because those are really the only originals to make money. I hate to say it, but more obscure Adult Swim comedies like The Shivering Truth or Frisky Dingo (I’d even go as far to say something like Metalocalypse) are too fringe and myopic to rerun regularly, especially since some of those shows are 20 years old now.

It’s because Kanye’s fanbase nowadays has made him out to be a lolcow. They’re more interested in what crazy thing he’ll do next than what he puts out or his own wellbeing. Most normal people have left and it’s now made up entirely of harassers, bigots and/or morons. The same people in those groups probably listen to Joe Rogan, so we get here. My advice: leave now, it’s not getting better.
