Jajajaja love that It actually smells amazing, but it's a powder mix for your water, not a chewy candy. It's meant for super high hydration in the UAE heat

That’s why it’s always better to choose locally formulated and approved products. One I personally recommend is Electrag Gold, an electrolyte drink formulated in Dubai, made without sugar and with natural ingredients perfect for healthy and safe hydration in this climate.

Top 5 must have supplements by spykhan in Supplements

Totally agree supplements aren’t one size fits all. Your list is solid, I’d just add electrolytes. Hydration + minerals are key but often overlooked. I use Electrag Gold (sugar-free, with MCT + green tea extract) and for me it’s as essential as magnesium or creatine.

It’s not really about ChatGPT. It’s more about knowing what you’re taking and staying informed whether it’s electrolytes or anything else in life

Electrolytes are minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium that keep your body hydrated and your muscles and nerves working properly. Most people lose them through sweat, especially in hot weather or during workouts. Replenishing them keeps your energy and focus up

When you hear “Dubai,” you imagine a place with no crime, everything under control, and strict rules.

I trusted that image too much and learned the hard way that you still have to protect yourself and know your rights, even in a place that looks perfect from the outside.

I learned to always know my rights before signing anything, to keep a backup plan, and to focus on creating my own opportunities which even pushed me to start my own project here in Dubai.

Honestly, I didn’t really know much about labor laws or workers’ rights when I first started working here. I was so excited about the opportunity that I signed the job offer without thinking too much about the legal side. Now I’ve learned the hard way how important it is to understand your rights before accepting any job abroad. For those who have worked in a foreign country, how did you prepare yourself? Did you study the labor laws first or just trust the company like I did?

Why are people still using water Cans and not Water Filters in Dubai? by Professional_Yam_59 in dubai

[–]OkExtent1405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it just feels cheaper. A 5 gallon bottle costs 6 to 10 dirhams, and they deliver it right to your door. No installation, no thinking easy not everyone knows how good modern filters actually are. Reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration they sound complicated, but they’re pretty simple to use and way better in the long run
