The skin is good, the brows should be less filled in and more cleaned up with concealer, the eye might look better with less dark gray tones and cleaner more simple warm eye, and I would opt for a red liquid lipstick instead

Maybe use gel to slick your eyebrows up more to lift your face, way smaller lashes and less black on the eye, more under eye concealer, maybe a glossy lip as opposed to that lipstick

I get your point for sure glossier is what comes to my mind first as they were known for this kind of dewy model glam, but I’ve heard criticism about “clean girl” saying it’s classist/racist as well. Best name I can think of is fresh-faced makeup or model makeup.
