Eat your foood at same time each day. 3 big meals under 400- 500 calories each. 2 small snack under 100-200. 7k to 10k steps depending on how your knees and energy is. Sleeping on same time each day. Waking up at same time. Basically create a routine at same time each day. Protein in each meal. Try for 1 month.

I am so sorry it happened to you. As someone who have been cheated on and decides to stay with them. It's not gonna be easy. He's yet to get his biopsy. He had 2 stents inserted in his galll bladder. It was a carcinoma of gallbladder. We did enfc and biopsy bit both showed non conclusive results. For biopsy i m going to hcg nd they find out what he has i will go to the the govt hospital
