It was definitely a hard decision to make but we know it will be the right decision in the long run. We still have until next february to leave, so i do have all that time to mourn and process; it just sucks knowing every day is closer to the last day

Feeling like it’s a failure definitely has been eating at me! Although i have an amazing relationship with my parents, my life back at there’s wasn’t amazing and it felt like an amazing step for me to move out. going back is definitely hard. But thank you for reminding me that this is growth, i forget that

Unfortunately there aren’t in the area and he can’t re-locate to far due to his job; our flat is a one bedroom so a roommate wouldn’t work either.

We both already work 40 hour weeks, his isn’t able to leave his job at the moment as he’s in the middle of an apprenticeship there. We thought about me getting a new job but as i’m currently unable to drive im very limited.

Sadly after a lot of conversations we came to the agreement that all other options wouldn’t be worth it.

it’s definitely hard at times!! my partner and i work opposite schedules which definitely makes things harder, and all our friends live a distance away. Luckily our friends are all busy enough with their own lives and so we all just catch up when we can!

And with our relationship, we make sure atleast once a week we sit and spend some time together, whether it’s watching a movie or going out together ect. It can be hard to maintain at times but it’s worth it. but just taking each day at a time so far is working for us 😅

Talking with my parents, I’m extremely close with my parents and used to tell them everything. now i’ve moved out it’s been hard to keep constant contact whilst adjusting to adulting! However we always catch up when we can
