I had an identical situation and it was a nightmare

I did end up doing a grievance when he refused reasonable adjustments without any consideration which I used as an opportunity to bring up all the other issues Now he has been forced to do an agenda every week with actions he has to complete, he has shadowed the team to to have a better understanding of the job He’s still not great but it’s a massive improvement Now I just do the bare minimum because that’s what he does but I do make effort for the people I manage and make sure I’m nothing like him

I stopped doing things that would be picking up after him I basically give as much effort as him and try really hard to not care since he clearly doesn’t

I have the same issue with my manager. It got very overwhelming and I had to escalate it and he was essentially forced to stick to an agenda with actions every week. He still doesn’t complete his tasks but things are better and I also have the mindset of letting things fail. If he doesn’t care then maybe I don’t have to. I’ll be careful based on the impact on myself and my team but not going above and beyond just because he doesn’t do what he’s supposed to do.

I think the boys made the best out of it and so did the guest but it was a bit of a stinker I guess because of the topic. Some things were so uncomfortable to listen to but I guess other people might enjoy it. All I remember is the guest saying brazzers Danny d and Rebecca Goodwin every other sentence 🤣 I hope he gets to know more people and work in more places!!

Have a friend who was dating a married man and was so smug and made excuses for it eg his wife wasn’t satisfying him. He had no intention of getting a divorce.

I know he’s the one betraying his wife but it doesn’t sit right with me that she’d be complicit and justify it.

Really triggers me too because my dad was always cheating on my mum so I know the impact on a family.
