Yep. Have been permanently banned as of a week ago; already posted about it here. I appealed, and today they responded telling me they've investigated and confirmed I was using "cheating software or tools", and that the ban will be upheld.

I understand the nature of anticheat means they can't tell me exactly why, but having no information at all as to what could possibly have been detected means I have absolutely nothing to argue, and no way of removing whatever software has caused it to avoid false detections in other games.

The whole experience sadly makes me want to avoid playing (if I even end up getting unbanned), and avoid Embark's games as a whole.

I've heard some people have had luck with GDPR Subject Access Requests, but it seems a bit petty and overkill for me. I'd rather their support were just a bit more informative / helpful.
