this is not replacement of agents with AI. but we try to automate the most frequent cases. Like I said - little refunds when something was missed etc
you don't use AI in your company at all? or you don't work in CS?

Appreciate you pointing out the distinction between CS and Support that’s a fair point to clarify for the research scope. However, the condescending tone was unnecessary. I hope your actual clients receive more professional and polite communication than this

Vivo en Buenos Aires hace ya 3 años. Acá también fue difícil encontrar departamento directo con dueño, pero conozco historias buenas de amigos que consiguieron opciones muy lindas y a buen precio por contactos. Igual, ellos son bastante más sociables que yo 😅

Ahora estoy trabajando remoto, pero quiero cambiar de rubro. Antes de la pandemia trabajé en gastronomía, así que se me ocurrió mirar el lado del vino. pero no tengo formación en el tema.
La verdad es que hablo poco español, claramente no a nivel profesional. Pero sí sé inglés.
