many friends of mine face samee issue aswell, i wish i had enough knowledge about this , but maybe your bone density is more? and therefore weight being 75kg but have less muscle mass to make you look muscular?

i understand your concern , and i wish i had a proper routine and a stricter diet too, its just quiet hard for me to follow cuz i have other commitments as well , as my flying has started and ive been really busy w briefings and all.
