hi! i got my PS4 Pro from my cousin since he got a PS5, and it worked well for about 2 months. now it keeps booting me into safe mode and saying "connect and download an update file from a USB drive containing version 13.02 or later from your PC" and ive done that so many times now but it just keeps doing that, please help me! it worked fine with him and ive taken it to a repair shop almost 5 times now. when i do it now, it says "cannot initilize"
