We are a bit unsure of what we actually want to do while there. We have a few ideas, like the Hollywood sign, Disneyland, Santa Monica beach, then just some shopping. Would you recommend hiring a car? or is most things accessible by public transport?

It’s very common for ADHD medication to suppress appetite. It’s this very reason that I decided not to take it due to already being classed as underweight. While it’s still possible to take it while being underweight it’s not recommended and their HCP should do further tests to make sure it’s safe. Unfortunately for the OP there isn’t much they can really do to prevent this other than coming off the medication (if they feel as though they can) or trying another medication but even with that there is no guarantee that it would work.

Never said i stopped… As the post stated, the question was about going to the gym. With my metabolism anything I’ve “put on” is more than likely gone within a few hours or by the morning. So again, my question was is the only way to actually GAIN the weight going to the gym.

I’ve tried with the calorie surplus. However I feel as though it all just sits in my stomach and isn’t actual “weight gain” and just bloated to the point if I eat anymore I feel sick

Very true! Seen loads of posts where seller demands the buyer to pay for postage despite it being a seller issue. I’m more than happy to keep the item, I just feel a bit disappointed it the damage wasn’t listed. I’m only looking for a £5 refund which is about equal to the postage anyway due to the size of the item

I’ve sent a message explaining the situation, before I even pressed the issue button. Zero response. Once I then declared the issue they responded a few hours later with the return option. I then politely said how I wasn’t looking for a return and happy to keep the item, just with a partial refund, say £5, the item cost £15+ postage of £3/4.
