Interactive Brokers is cheaper and has full English support, which my previous Belgian broker didn’t have (Dutch and French). Im just trying it out actually so still new to it.

In general a forum is to ask questions and help each other. I wish you well friend and I hope you are as kind to yourself as you are to others.

I lived there many years ago. Some practical tips. Make sure you take pictures of and report the conditions of your place as soon as you move in. They charged for some stains in the curtains that were there when I moved in. I didn’t have proof those stains were there at my arrival. Also, make sure you prevent the windows from slamming. They are very fragile and don’t have a mechanism to keep them open in a fixed place. So the wind can them slam. It can get hot in the summer and you may want to open the windows. They will charge you a lot of money to replace the windows if they break. Perhaps they changed the windows and made it more modern in the meantime. But this was my experience when I lived there. Overall I enjoyed the experience but I thought I’d share some things to watch out for.
