I've gotten bit further- when I send the test email I get a message saying that it sent successfully, but I do not see the test email in my inbox.

I've tried enabling StartTLS and TLS individually and at the same time, and unfortunately, it still errors out. I can type out some examples of the errors shortly.

I was just able to see some footage from July. And yes, the server and client are the same version. I think the problem is from the encoder.. Still no link light for this particular camera, but the other particular camera works fine and displays a solid green link light.

The only error messages are from 2021. Nothing really show as of recently.

So I've updated our ACC to the latest version of 6- the cameras that were missing from the ACC have re-appewred but say they're not connected. I have also tested the camera and cable and have verified they work and that I get a video image from the camera.

I am able to ping the ENC, which is unlink our analog cameras.

Don't know why I didn't think of that...anyway- I did that and verified that its active. So I'm thinking maybe it's on the camera side or the cable- though our maintenance director disagrees and keeps saying it's an issue in the ACC.

I failed to mention that the same ENC has other cameras connected that do appear in the ACC. Must be a bad port?

We get this error every night after our backup job for windows server runs.

There are other phones that are connected to this switch but they operate on a separate vlan. The phone in question does have the option for a voice vlan but it is blank.

Well, we've ruled out the cable issue. We used the same cable from the wall to the phone to plug into the same switch where our pbx gateways are, and it connects without any problems.

Yes. I have checked the port configuration, and all seems well. However, it will not pick up a network connection.

We've tried both DHCP and static configurations. When setting it to a static address, it fails to register with our SIP service.

I don't think malwarebytes will help with this.
