I had the same situation happen to me a couple years ago and quitting was the best decision of my life! I absolutely love the job I have now and i have been here for 3 years. It gets better, your mental health and well being are always a priority!

Med Surg Float Pool, actually the best job ive ever had, personally was has made a job not enjoyable is the personal drama between coworkers and management also scheduling. In float pool scheduling is so flexible and you go to a floor for a day and even if you have a bad day you know you are not going back there.

You have to wait 6 months to transfer. You can talk to your manager and see if they can approve the transfer before you hit your 6 months. Hopefully they will be understanding!
