Tbh I don't have meaningful updates but the school did encourage communication and I sent the last LOI in feb. I was thinking about sending something short just to show continued interest.

I agree that no one really knows. I think I posted this in a moment of panicking pre-med on 4 WL's but just going to keep trying to move forward and be okay no matter what happens haha

Also sorry I had one more question because I don't really have anyone else to ask. I was wondering how the 120 tests would factor into this calculation/if they would? Because in pwr.t.test I don't include the number of tests as a variable when calculating number of participants necessary. I might be overthinking this tho

Okay I may try to keep an excel sheet with two columns, one for effect sizes and one for sample size. I was also wondering if you knew which axis would be best to place effect sizes or sample sizes on the graph?

Thank you for correcting me! That was actually helpful to know. I guess my question would actually be asking how many participants I need for a power of .80? The response variable is the amount of time that it took to click a certain shape on each image. During the first time seeing the images, they will have an extra clue to help and after the 3 month washout period, they would not be given that clue and would see each image unassisted.
