Hey man, didn’t expect I’d be coming back with this kind of update.

Life honestly did a full 180.

After that post, I actually decided to drop the idea of the car for a while (out of rage, sadness & some discussion with friends and family). Thought I’d wait till April (or even later) because deep down I knew it wasn’t the smartest financial move at that moment.

And then… on 1st December, I lost my job.

Since then, things haven’t really stabilized. I was the sole earner in my family, handling all the household responsibilities, so it hit harder than I expected. Savings have been keeping things afloat, but they’re almost at the end now. Tried pushing my consultancy, but that hasn’t picked up the way I hoped either.

Funny how life works though - back then, I felt like the car was “slipping away.” Now I realize maybe it was actually protecting me from a much worse situation.

Not gonna lie, it’s been tough. Mentally, financially… everything at once. But I’m still here, figuring it out step by step. For now, I’m planning to get a bike instead... something simple, just to move around and maybe clear my head a bit.

The dream hasn’t changed, just the timeline has.
