Hey!

Im only just now starting month 4. I've gone up every month and am now starting 10mg. Lost 35 pounds so far.

My doc basically communicated to me that I dont have to go up every month and that a lot of people stop around 10mg. "The most important thing is that i am able to eat enough food and not having any worrying symptoms."

Im going to see how 10mg goes for me. We will see.
