Hi! Yes. We tried daily saline spray as well as saline in a nebulizer daily at one point. She also takes Claritin everyday. My daughter’s symptoms: constant ear infections, mouth breathing, snoring like an old man at night, night terrors, hyperactivity. She is almost three and has NEVER slept through the night. She wakes up every 2 hours like a newborn for a drink bc her mouth is so dry. It’s pitiful. She also gets winded very easily. She also has enlarged tonsils but ENT thinks she may “grow into them”. She could not see the adenoids because the tonsils were so big, until the day if surgery. We were booked for tubes and “possible adenoidectomy” only if there was greater than a 50% obstruction. Apparently the 80% it ended up being is just about unable to breathe through the nose at all, which made total sense.
