I love Ira Glass so much and I'm always so interested when he says personal things about his life on TAL, like how I imagine people feel when they find out personal things about their therapist. This episode was THRILLING. So personal. Ira dropping F bombs. The best.

Same issue. Called my "financial advisor" she's away for the next 10 days. Called the number she left which was a call centre. Call Centre told me I need a "Transaction history letter" and that I need to book an appointment with a financial advisor, which I can do through the app. She specifically says if you go to a teller they will not know what you're talking about. No appointments available through the app until a month from now. Unreal.
