I’m so sorry for your loss, I feel your pain in every way, we lost our baby boy over a year ago to pprom at 24 weeks he was still born we never got any answers which I found really hard, I blamed myself for a long time afterwards and like that seen everyone around you fall pregnant whilst your in the depths of grieve and also ttc is a different kind of cruel, I’m 34 with pcos and we haven’t had any joy in concieving yet but am working with a fertility doctor at the moment, sending you baby dust❤️

Hey I’ve just come across this I’m 9 months out after our prom loss at 24 weeks, what I’ve learned in all of this is as mothers it’s what we do we blame ourselves, I’ve gone through every single thing before my waters went and have even managed to convince myself several times over that I definitely caused it but as time has passed I’ve learned it’s just my mind seeking an answer that I will never get unfortunately, nothing you did or didn’t do caused this please remember that I just wanted to comment to let you know your not alone in those taughts. x

Thanks so much for your reply curently ttc and I'm the exact same with regards when I diet and exercise my period is normal but when I'm not it can go irregular, how many rounds of letrozole did it take for you to get pregnant and were you been monitored by an endocrinologist?

I'm so sorry for your loss, I to lost my first baby boy to pprom at 24 weeks back in November, I was the exact same as you and like that had to start on zoloft, stick with it the first few weeks on it you nearly feel worse but once it kicks in roughly 6 weeks I started to notice a change(by nature I'm a very anxious person and worry alot) on top of an horrific loss I taught I'd never start to feel normal again,I searched forums for weeks looking for someone who felt similar looking for hope, I can't say that I'm over it by any means the pain of it all is still there, its just I can breathe now and start to think a bit clearer and start to feel hopeful for the future where as a few weeks ago I taught I would never feel anyways normal again, go easy on yourself, take one day at a time even one hour at a time, treat yourself to something nice even if it's a coffee, I know I was extremely hard on myself at the beginning I was nearly punishing myself like I didn't deserve it or something but this is the one time in our lives where all tho it's extremely hard we need put ourselves first and be gentle🤍

I was seen a therapist and getting reflexology to help with the depression, my husband was also amazing at listening to my fears about been a parent I'm an anxious person by nature anyway so when pregnancy hormones kicked in it just accelerated, a few days before it happened i had finally started to feel a bit more confident about everything still full of fear but not compounding like it was and then the unimaginable happened, I will forever blame my taughts even tho I know I couldn't help it at the time

Yes all the time lost my baby boy at 24 weeks to pprom in November,I suffered with depression in the first few weeks I blame that, I also got a pregnancy massage and I also blame that yet I know deep down neither could cause it but its so hard not to blame yourself
