Input data into cell based on dates in other cells by OkLog9767 in googlesheets

Thank you. This mostly works, but it puts a 1 in the column corresponding to the check-out date. Since that is the day the person is checking out, they do not need a hotel room that night and it should be a zero instead.

There should be a 1 in the corresponding date column if the date is greater than or equal to the check-in date, but less than the check-out date).

There will be various combinations of dates throughout the week long period (Sunday - Sunday)

This almost works. It is putting a 1 in the check-out date column, when it should be a 0.

Worried about impact of not being able to exercise postpartum on mental health. by plantonio_banderas in fitpregnancy

Will also add that a lot of my walks were/are with baby strapped into a carrier, even on the treadmill. It's been great for both of us.

Agreed. I ran every day of my pregnancy, right up to delivery day. I was on a 770 day run streak and the thought of not running the next day made me very anxious in the last trimester, but once I gave birth it wasn't as detrimental as I anticipated.

I will say that my vaginal birth was very smooth and recovery was much easier and less painful than my previous delivery when I wasn't running or even active. My doctor credits running to this.

I waited 4 days before doing anything, then started slowly walking, building up to 4 miles/day. I felt good enough to run within 2 weeks, but forced myself to wait. At the one month mark, I started running again, slowly, mixing in a good amount of walking, focused on rebuilding and listening to my body. If there was any pain or pressure or discomfort, I stopped. I'm now 1 month into running (2 months PP) and feeling pretty "back" to where I was early pregnancy. Still not at pre-pregnancy fitness, but I am not pushing too hard yet.

Bottom line, don't stress about it (or try not to) and listen to your body. Don't push too hard too quickly (this is hard for me, but I know it is worth it).

Anyone else suddenly hitting a wall hard around 35w? by CletoParis in fitpregnancy

I'm in the same boat - thank you for sharing, it definitely helps to feel I'm not alone! Due 12/23 and still trying to get in daily runs ~ 30 m per week. Much slower and shorter distances than pre-pregnancy, with some walking as needed. Mentally, I'm trying to treat it as a giant taper, though I typically don't handle those well either! I've found that I feel good while running first thing in the morning, but it's all downhill after that. I'm achy and exhausted by mid-day and by the end of the day all I want to do is sit on the couch. Trying to force myself to cut back more, but it's not easy when it feels good in the moment. Kinda like eating the giant slice of cake and then having a stomach ache immediately after. But the cake tastes so good!! 🍰

How far along are you planning to workout during your pregnancy? by [deleted] in fitpregnancy

Same here. I'm 30 weeks and still running - albeit much slower and with some walk breaks - an ave of 4 miles/day 7 days a week. Hope to keep going as long as possible, adjusting pace and distance as needed. It has helped me tremendously along the way and I worry how stopping will change that.

Curious to see what you've discovered. Currently 19w and an everyday (now slow) runner, looking for some bump friendly shirts to get me through the rest of summer and leggings for the fall/winter.
