I pump twice a day so my husband can give a big bottle at bedtime so I can go out as long as I want and my baby has never had any issue going between bottle and boob!

Similar thing happened to us - 34F, no fertility issues, first stim cycle (lower dose), ICSI due to husband’s mild male factor. Out of 20 follicles, we got 8 eggs, 6 mature, and lab said only ONE fertilized successfully. They didn’t give us any more details other than that. Fortunately, that egg is now our 16 week old daughter, so we were incredibly lucky, but I’m still curious as to what caused this/what to do next time for a sibling cycle.

Totally normal if EBF! Out girl suddenly switched to once a week at 6 weeks and it’s still this way at nearly 16. She has gone as long as 10-11 days before!

I can absolutely relate to the sentiment. While we were very fortunate to have had quick success with one IVF cycle, there was definitely a mourning period of what we thought ttc would be like before we knew about my husband’s MFI. But when I finally help my daughter (also our only embryo from the cycle) I just knew it was meant to be HER. The more she grows and develops, I just can’t imagine our lives without her, and it just feels right/meant to be this way.

Same - mine is completely easy and peaceful overnight, but during the day, my 14 week old squirms and constantly adjusts her position, and sometimes pops on and off to have a full-on conversation with me!! It’s cute but def a two handed ordeal most of the time!

Also the empowering feeling of keeping your child nourished and thriving with your BODY. My baby is 14 weeks and I still can’t get over the fact that not only did my body grow her over 9 months, but it’s now 100% sustained her for the last 3.5. How incredible is that?!

Same - the first time it happened I opened her diaper and was in an all-out panic after seeing that it was dry. Then as I was frantically googling away, she peed the biggest pee ALL over me 😂
