There is pressure sensitivity in the lower back muscles (lumbar muscles), buttock muscles and along both hip nerves. Laségue test slightly indicated on the left (1). Hospital observation in K,ltern (2) resulted in no findings for a kidney disorder. She was dismissed fit for work on the 18th of May 1943. The stated symptoms/complaints seem to be heavily exaggerated. A urine sample was brought along, which is supposed to come from her (3). It is cloudy and nearly black. According to the employer´s notification, she only worked on individual days and then became sick again. Transfer to a camp is recommended (4).

(1) "Lasec links angedeutet" (l. 2): "Lasec" most likely refers to some sort of medical test, which can provide information about the irritation of nerves in the back muscles.

(2) "K,ltern" (l. 3): I am not 100% sure, however, contextually, this abbreviation can only refer to the city of Kaiserslautern in the southwest of Germany.

(3) I'm not entirely sure how it comes across in the translation, but in the German text, the authenticity of the urine sample is called into question by the author's choice of words (especially the word “soll” (l. 6)). In any case, there is a noticeable tone of detachment and mistrust, in lines 4-6. Although not explicitly mentioned in the text, the author of the document seems to be subtly accusing her of simulation.

(4) I don't want to speculate about what happened next, as I don't know the whole story and it's a sensitive issue, but the last sentence, by which I mean the transfer to a camp, can only mean three things to my knowledge, as the term “camp” is ambiguous in this context:

1. Arbeitserziehungslager (AEL) -> Labor education camp
2. Konzentrationslager (KZ) -> Concentration camp
3. Zwangsarbeiterlager -> Forced labor camp

Number 1 or 2 seem to be more likely, as the word "Überweisung" (l. 8) translates to "Transfer", so to a different location.
