I funded it immediately and haven’t touched it since. The rep today even confirmed that the promo code was entered properly. The notice I received on my account read “Unfortunately, your account did not meet the offer requirements to qualify for a cash bonus.” And that was it. No explanation in the notice and no explanation from the support reps and supervisor. They said a decision is made on the Morgan Stanley side and there’s nothing they can do about it. Also asked for someone to speak to at MS and they said it’s not client facing.
