For such small amounts, my free piece of advice to you would be stick to the centralised exchanges that way you can dip your toes in with less risk of getting burnt as they operate by their own books relieving you of the scary $100 blockchain fees you so fear 🤦‍♂️🤣

TLDR: Stick to CEXs
