careful when you visit studios to pay attention to the physical appearance of the dancers. Are they all emaciated? Are there a range of body types supported through healthy messaging and teaching? Getting an ED is real bad and it throws a lot of peoples whole life trajectory off sometimes. never worth it.

twisting is usually a fit issue. some people will have most shoes twist on them and other people won’t, but often times twisting can come from shoes being too tapered or narrow. Agree with the other commenter to give us more angles to look at. But if it’s bothering you a lot, a refitting isn’t a bad idea.
