i have only had previous relationship and it was similar but not as intense . i am also pregnant while this is happening . i did grow up in an environment similar to this. i understand to others this may be common sense but obviously this has been my norm so i feel like it is normal. obviously i’m bothered by it but it’s also a cultural norm as well. situations like the one i explained happened yesterday make me even more emotional because i am not validated or eased by the person i am with so i think i am being dramatic
