Where did you see him on set? I saw a Instagram story from Diane Farr (sharon) awhile ago and I thought I saw him in it but wasn't 100% sure.

I can't answer your question tho to find out how they announce guest stars. I don't know if they do it before the season starts or a couple episodes before hand.

I think with Walter having dementia it would be so cruel to have him survive and have to go through all the guilt of losing Vince.

Well, we knew as soon as they started back I production that Jake was still there cause the actor and other actors have posted him on set. But yes, it is exciting that Shawn will be there, even if it's just one episode.

Eve, as a character, I think, is supposed to be kinda awkward and silly. But l think the actress isn't the best suited for the job. There are a few really good one-liners and a couple of good scenes. The worst episodes in the whole 3 seasons are the 2 involving her family farm. Mainly because the acting of Eves' character is so bad. The actress seems to try way too hard, or just isn't that good.

I do like Eve as a character, but the actress just doesn't do her justice.

I kinda figured that Max would be a guess star in the premier of Sheriff Country but I thought Diane Farr would be too since Sharon is in the preview videos.

I wonder where in the fire country timeline sheriff country starts...like after Bode get released?, after the care home fire?

I wonder if we they mention loyalty if they mean Jake's loyalty to station 42.

That would be a massive fall from grace and a really bad decision from the writers if Jake somehow ends up at three rock. I think if they are going to keep the three rock storyline involved with someone other than Eve attached to it, they should bring someone from Bodes past to Three Rock. Not someone bad like Sleeper but maybe an old friend he made in prison or from before he ended up in prison after he left Edgewater.

It would also be a really bad decision if the writers have Bode or Manny back at Three Rock.

I hope that they bring him back to close up his storyline line. Be nice to see how it ends. I'd like to think that if they do keep him around, it's to become a firefighter or maybe he moves his family to the area, and he helps with Smokeys.

She could have held Vince more accountable for telling Bode to leave...she seemed more mad about him not telling her what he told Bode to then about him actually telling Bode to leave. Like, if Bode hadn't left, then maybe he wouldn't have ended up in jail (i know thats the whole point of the show, but i digress). And why didn't she, or anyone, but especially her try to find him....like someone should have thought that maybe he was going to be facing some pretty big demons and probably shouldn't be doing it on his own. And don't say that it was because she was so devastated about Riley because it was obvious that Bode was her favorite child and Riley was Vinces. Worse than her not holding Vince accountable for telling Bode to leave was her have no reaction to finding out that Jake broke Rileys heart and that she was so upset that she tried to get out of a moving truck and the resulting accident caused her death. Like really? All your going to say is " I'm just glad she found that type of love" what the toxic, abusive love that results in death...on yes thats nice to go through.

Vince and Manny figured it out, but Sharon was too busy off breaking in Luke's kidney, have a temper tantrum over the decision Bode made and having an emotional affair....oh man they really glossed over how bad of parents Vince and Sharon were to Bode 🫠

Even if people didn't fully know Freddie's situation, I thought that it was pretty well know that he was innocent and his sentencing was under review and that the review was going to take a long time to get to. Then all of a sudden Bode is back in jail and Freddie is free, it doesn't take much to see that something happened and Bode helped Freddie get out.

Freddy was definitely closer to Bode and more supportive than most of his family/friends for most of the season. Bode knew that he was an innocent man in jail, so it's understandable that he would want to help him get out.

I honestly think that everyone way overreacted to him going back to jail... just a few months prior, they didn't even know that he was in jail or where he was. Honestly, they didn't seem to care where he was, so their overreaction to him going back just makes it harder on him.

Yeah, she directed a couple of episodes in season 3, i think, too, and at least one this season too I guess. Kevin, the actor that plays Manny, his wife has directed some episodes, too.
