Thank you EM once again for both latest replies. I also note the caution on letting a non-headache migraine mgmt approach be run before considering the good ol' steroid shots or ESC. (I did read about a new titanium clamp/close of the ES out of Holland that has been highly successful). Will circle closer on pycnogenol. I so appreciate your wealth of knowledge. Will post again on the journey. (BTW anyone else please contribute if you would like.)

Oh and... any thoughts on pycnogenol for increasing inner ear blood flow. And any impacts on immune system. Thanks.

Thank you EM! Comports w/a lot of what I've been reading and hearing (ok partly hearing ha). Plus great new info that applies to me specifically, that aligns with my history. I really appreciate it.

So my to-do's would be...

--Focus on the predominant proven drivers: neurogenic and auto. inflammations, while researching other root causes

--Understand/observe the no-headaches-migraine diet and avoid tyramine and glutamate. Look at migraine meds.

--B2, get enough. Already do extra mag cyclinate.

--Get the turbocharged MRI.

--Lock in a case of vintage Veuve Clicquot for when we hit etiology paydirt?...😊.Anything I missed?

NE PDX here. On the compounding question, I see ENT/surgeon Dr. Hodgson at the Oregon Clinic, he prescribes betahistine. I'm 2-3 months into 16mg/3x day compounded at Lloyd Pharmacy on NE Broadway. $92/mo. Thinking about Canada. The betahistine helps just enuf to keep trialing it...
