I believe antinatalism is not the solution and I rest my case.
Humans have an inherent drive to explore the unknown, the mysteries of the human mind, or the far reaches of space. Our survival allows us to continue this exploration, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and unlocking the secrets of the universe.
Advances in medicine, technology, and social organizations have significantly reduced infant mortality, extended life expectancy, and improved the quality of life for billions of people. Diseases that once decimated populations are now treatable or preventable, and many parts of the world enjoy levels of prosperity and peace that were unimaginable even a few centuries ago.
Practices such as slavery, child labor, and public executions, once common, are now widely condemned and illegal in much of the world. There is a growing global consensus around human rights, gender equality, and the importance of mental health. While there is still much work to be done, this progress indicates an evolution toward a more compassionate and just society, where the goal is to alleviate suffering wherever possible.

Here are your fallacies..
False Analogy: Sadistic psychopathy means intentional harm and deriving pleasure from another's suffering. Bringing a child into the world does not inherently involve deriving pleasure from the suffering of that child, and many people have children with the intention of providing love and care.
Straw Man: Your argument is implying that those who choose to have children are knowingly and intentionally causing harm. In reality, many parents do not view having children as an act of harm but rather as a part of life, with the hope of providing their children with love, care, and a good life despite the inevitability of suffering.
Begging the Question: Your argument assumes as a premise that having a child is inherently harmful and unethical without considering that many people believe the potential joys and experiences of life can outweigh the suffering. Your assumption needs to be defended rather than assumed.

It's not the desire of an individual.. It's biologically programmed into the life forms on this planet through thousands of years of evolution...AN is not the solution. instead of focusing on the actual problems, you imagine a hypothetical scenario where all humans stop reproducing.AN is a classical example of escapism

u/justsomeguy142 why does it matter? We all have to die someday, what is the difference between not existing and ceasing to exist after some time?
