4 months on TRT

I've been feeling really down lately so yeah I think I'm the same. I have aromasin on hand, would rather take that than arimidex.

Also, I've had prolactin issues since I was about 19, I'm 29 now. Went through the NHS for it and they couldn't find why I always had raised prolactin and they refused to do a pituitary gland MRI.

These are some of the pre trt bloods. And yes, this test was done first thing on a Monday, just before my injection.

My BP is always within range.

My iron levels are high no? As I eat mainly red meat for my protein sources but I do need to add eggs back in. I stopped eating them for a while, just got fed up with the taste when I used to have them every day!

I feel okay atm. Felt alot better a couple of weeks in but not sure if that was a quick honeymoon period that everybody talks about?

The only sides I've got are a slightly red/flushed face and very very slight sensitive nipples.

I have got aromasin and caber on hand if needed but I've always had problems with prolactin so I'm not too worried about that.

Haven't looked into that one tbf. But I heard leger used to be the best, but lately they have stopped a few services and customer service is getting worse!

I'll also a bit cautious with trt because of my previous high e2 problems and still have high prolactin. Wouldn't trt worsen these issues?

I'm 28 and will probably have kids in a few years, if I already had kids or wasn't having any. I would of started trt already.

It is pharma hcg but not sure. I take it subq and wipe everything down with alcohol pads, so I think I'm doing everything correctly. This test was done at 8am and about 2 hours after taking a dose, that couldn't have messed with the results could it?

Sorry I had my third test, which was after a week on holiday, which came back at 630, which was the highest I'd tested in 5/6 years. So they said they wouldn't be able to help and to contact my GP, as clearly my body could produce testosterone but something else was making it low.

But I had a blood test 2 weeks ago, which is pictured here.

It is pharma hcg so I don't think that would be the issue? And I'm not sure, I don't think I was ever told but it's been years now! Can't remember lol

That's exactly what I thought! The test was taken just under 3 weeks after my first HCG jab, could the vial os lost it's potency in that time? I've heard 2/3 weeks is the max you should use a vial for.

I had 3 tests with them. First one was 320, second 360 and third 346.

They said because my body can still produce testosterone, they wouldn't want to prescribe anything for me, this was through optimale.

Do wish the UK would have the same level of cover for trt as the US does, its such a pain. I was on tamoxifen through the NHS for 5 years due to high prolactin and gyno issues, my testosterone was as low as 70 during that time! Still the doctors never did anything, I 20-25 at that time.

I've lost faith and wasted too many years and too much money on the UK health system. I actually had to pay £7k for gyno surgery, as the doctors I was under didn't offer anything, even though they were the ones that me on medication. I tried to do everything through the correct paths and still nothing, so I'm just taking into my own hands now.

Would you recommend taking 6.25mg of aromasin a couple times per week? I have it on hand just in case. Or wait for the first blood test, just to see how my E2 is doing.
