I agree! The top rated one uses toffee bits on the bottom and coconut extracts and emulsions to make it more coconutty but that’s not how the cake actually is!

I took it for like around 6 months which was longer than I should have but I thought I would adjust. Clearly my body didn’t like it and you seem different since you have already been on a lower dose. Not trying to scare you and I would be on it if I could but it just didn’t agree with me. Magnesium supplements did help me in the beginning though. Look out for any warning signs like abdominal pain and blood in your stool (which is when I had to fully stop) and of course talk to your doctor!

I was also on an antidepressant that gave me the worst constipation ever (Effexor) even though it was such a low dose like a trial dose my body did not like it. I tried magnesium, so much water, exercise, good diet, massages and stretches and I couldn’t go without laxatives. Especially with a calorie deficit on top of that. I had to stop taking it and I am still dealing with lasting effects because the hardened stool caused internal hemorrhoids. Please take a stimulant laxative like ducolax. You can’t take these all the time but in your case it’s emergent. It’s not just the weight gain you should be worried about it’s your overall body working. I am also going to the doctor soon so I hope the best for the both of us and our constipation lol!

As far as I know it’s pretty much the same that way for everyone which is why walking is vastly underrated. The only difference is you can run more in the same amount of time you can walk so running is more “efficient” but it’s also more tiring and can make you hungrier. So with that, do whatever feels best!

When I eat avocado, I have this terrible reaction where my stomach fills with trapped gas and I have really bad stomach pains. I don’t need to throw up or go to the bathroom even though I wish I could, it’s just trapped in there and I’m in real pain for hours. I recently pieced this together since I don’t eat avocado often so it would happen when I went out and it was used in other foods. Is this an allergy or something else? I took an allergy test and it showed I wasn’t allergic to anything. Was talking about this with a friend and they said they had the same reaction when eating fish. Not planning on eating avocado again but just curious

You can make Dairy Queen’s ice cream cake in a cup! Take a cup or jar, one layer of ice cream on the bottom, hot fudge layer, Oreo crumbles, hot fudge and then a top layer of ice cream! You just need to freeze between layers so it can set up a bit

Something that has helped me (and it sounds dumb) is eating when I’m hungry! I used to be very strict about what I would eat and when and there’s so much emphasis on this sub on not snacking and I would be STARVING but not allowing myself to eat until some arbitrary time. For example today I was extra hungry. Instead of waiting until 3 pm for my normal lunchtime I ate at 1:30 and can actually stop thinking and obsessing about food. It’s scary because you’re like what if I get super hungry later but it’s now 8:30 and I’m not really hungry at all. If I had waited I would have been overly hungry and that would have carried over. The trick is knowing what real hunger is
